PARKER SUBARU DONATES $85,000 TO TRANSFORM CHERRY HILL PARK INTO A PREMIER PICKLEBALL COMPLEX

Coeur d’Alene, ID, May 6, 2024 – Parker Subaru is proud to announce our partnership with the Inland Northwest Pickleball Club (INWPC) through an $85,000 donation aimed at repurposing six tennis courts at Cherry Hill Park into twelve state-of-the-art pickleball courts. This new facility will be named The Parker Subaru Pickleball Courts for the next decade.

Our commitment to the community is reflected in this initiative, designed to enhance recreational opportunities for all. With the rising popularity of pickleball, these courts will be open to the public, inviting players of all ages and skill levels to enjoy the sport in a top-notch setting.

The vision of INWPC to transform Cherry Hill Park has long been in the works, but financial obstacles hindered progress. Parker Subaru’s substantial contribution makes this vision a reality, allowing for additional upgrades such as the installation of large windscreens around the courts, tailored to meet the specific needs of pickleball players.

The revitalization project includes refinishing and repainting the courts to ensure optimal playing conditions. With our support, Cherry Hill Park is set to become a central hub for pickleball enthusiasts, fostering community engagement and well-being.
