Auto Detail Associate

Are you someone who has attention to detail and is wanting to provide outstanding customer service? Well look no further! Job Description:
Wash, detail and recondition new, pre-owned and customer vehicles
Vacuum interior of vehicles to remove loose dirt and debris
Clean upholstery, rugs, and other surface using cleaning agents, applicators and cleaning devices
Consistently perform duties in a professional, courteous and prompt manner
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and operating condition of work area and associated tools and equipment
Responsible to ensure that vehicles are fully prepared for customers' view and inspection

Job Responsibilities: 
Maintain general maintenance and upkeep of the dealership lot
Maintains new- and used- vehicle inventory appearance
Keeps new- and used- vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed and in accordance with dealership display standards

Apprentice Technician

Parker Subaru is a fast-growing automotive retail store and we are looking to add qualified Parker Subaru Apprentice Technicians to our team. Our goal is to help train individuals into becoming potential service technicians. We are looking for full time technicians! We will train the right candidates if needed.

Starting Wage:
$14.00/hour

Responsibilities:
Express Tech, oil and filter changes, tire rotations and basic maintenance -filters, tire repairs
Perform all lubrication services in a safe manner
Perform thorough check of customer's car (i.e. check additional fluid levels, battery, lights, tire pressure) referring all needed repairs and preventive         maintenance to the Service Adviser
Operates and maintains all lubrication equipment
Comply with all company safety policies and procedures

Job Requirements:
Oil changing and quick lube experience a plus but not required
General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations
Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license and have a good driving record
Must be willing to submit to background check and drug screenings

Working Conditions:
The Technician will stand six to eight hours per shift, lift parts weighing up to 50 pounds, and use hoist and test equipment as needed. She/he will use hand and power tools. She/he will be exposed to noise, dust, exhaust fumes, and other hazardous and nonhazardous materials. The Technician will be required to wear a dealership uniform.


Service Technician

Parker Subaru is actively looking for Service Technicians/Mechanic to add to our rapidly growing dealership in Coeur d'Alene, ID. The right individual must be self-driven, hardworking and work well with our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient, and have the ability to work efficiently and effectively on many different makes and models.

Job Description:
Our Technicians perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with Dealership and Manufacturers 

Specifications
Our Technicians diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems
Our Technicians provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs possibly needed
Our Technicians explain their mechanical diagnoses' and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisers and customers
Inspect and test new/used vehicles and record their findings so that necessary repairs can be made

Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician
Dealership experience is a huge plus
Domestic and Import Experience Preferred
A.S.E. Certification is preferred
Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of Client Support
Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc
Must possess a valid driver's license and have a good driving record

Job Description: 
Comparing serial numbers of incoming cars against invoices
Inspecting cars to detect damage
Verifying presence of accessories listed on the invoice, such as spare tires and stereo equipment
Recording description of damages and listing missing items on delivery receipt
Maintaining the standard and quality of service of the organization
Understanding and delivering to the specific requirements of the customers
Inspecting the vehicles thoroughly
Reporting any damage to the supervising manager
Coordinating work with team members and management
Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervising manager

Job Requirements:
General familiarity with a variety of automobiles
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must be able to drive a manual transmission
Provide outstanding customer service
Excellent communication skills.

With a focus on follow through and follow up, our team of automotive business coordinators make sure that our customers receive the highest level of service over the phone and online. We are seeking energetic individuals to join our fast-paced Business Development Team to serve as the liaison between the product specialist, the customer and their future vehicle.

Job Description:
· Handling inbound phone calls from current & prospective customers
· Outbound phone calls and emails to follow up and stay in touch with customers
· Take incoming website chats, inquiries and website visitors
· Build rapport with potential customers and deliver exemplary customer service

Job Requirements:
· Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
· Relationship builder, easily builds rapport with people

Hours:
Deemed as one of the best schedules in the automotive industry, our automotive business coordinators never work more than 4 days in a row! Your shift is on a 3 week rotating schedule, planned out a year in advance.

Parts Counter Person

Parker Subaru is a fast-growing automotive retail store and we are looking to add a qualified Parts/Accessory Sales Person to our team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in the ability to work efficiently and effectively, to ensure that excellent customer service is given to our customers. The individual will report directly to the Parts Manager in the department.

Job Description:
Meet and assist the customer in a courteous and professional manner providing them with the information they need
Answer telephone calls promptly and provide professional service ensuring the customer's needs are met
Maintain the parts department in a clean and organized manner
Informing customers of any current specials
Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Parker Subaru beliefs in all interactions with customers and co-workers

Job Requirements:
Minimum of 1-year of Sales experience preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Professional work ethic and appearance
Ability to work well in a high capacity environment
