With 27 years of experience in the Parker Organization, Troy has dedicated his entire automotive career to serving customers, developing team members, and helping the dealerships grow. His journey with the company began as a Sales Consultant and has included leadership roles as BDC Manager, Finance Manager, Finance Director, and, for the past four years, General Manager. Having worked in nearly every aspect of dealership operations, Troy brings a unique perspective to his leadership role. His extensive experience allows him to understand the needs of both customers and employees while fostering a culture focused on integrity, teamwork, and exceptional service. He is passionate about creating a positive experience for every customer who walks through the doors and helping his team achieve their personal and professional goals. Outside of work, Troy enjoys spending time with his wife of 23 years and their three children—two sons and a daughter. Education is a priority for the family. Their oldest son recently graduated from Boise State University, their middle child will be a junior there this fall, and their youngest will begin his freshman year at Boise State this year. When he’s not at the dealership, Troy can usually be found enjoying the outdoors that make North Idaho such a special place to live. Whether camping, relaxing at the family’s favorite river spot, or spending time with family and friends, he appreciates every opportunity to enjoy the beauty and lifestyle the region has to offer. Troy is proud to call North Idaho home and remains committed to serving the community that has supported him throughout his career.
